There's nothing better than watching Worthing wake up from the end of the pier, and we're looking for a Breakfast Chef who can make sure every guest starts their day with a brilliant meal.
This isn't a role where you'll simply follow tickets. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of our weekend breakfast service, running it with confidence, pride and consistency. You'll be trusted to organise your section, maintain high standards, and deliver a smooth, efficient service while producing great food every time.

What you'll be doing:
- Taking full ownership of the weekend breakfast service
- Preparing and cooking our breakfast menu to a consistently high standard
- Setting up and closing down your section efficiently
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ensuring stock is organised, rotated and ready for service
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a great guest experience
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef in a busy kitchen
- Can confidently run a service without supervision
- Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure
- Has high standards and great attention to detail
- Takes pride in producing quality food
- Is positive, hardworking and enjoys being part of a team
