An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at our long-established family run Independent Mercedes specialist. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and conscientious person to assist with the running of our busy service desk. Previous experience in the motor trade and some mechanical knowledge would be an advantage.
The position involves taking bookings, ordering parts, invoicing, dealing with customer telephone and email inquiries, and keeping customers informed of the progress of work being carried out.
We work Monday to Friday only

Computer skills required, training given
Full, clean driving licence.
