Duties:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using sinks and dishwasher equipment
- Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen
- Dispose of rubbish and recyclables properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings & weekends
-The Rota for this role is 8am-11am Tuesday morning, then Wednesday to Saturday 4pm to finish (approximately 1030-1130pm.
Note: This position is ideal for individuals seeking an entry-level role in the culinary or hospitality industry. Training will be provided for those without prior experience.
