At Baylis, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Warranty Administrator to join our team in Gloucester on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth and compliant management of warranty claims, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, and aligned with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and monitor warranty claims across multiple vehicle brands
- Review repair orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with manufacturer requirements
- Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians, and manufacturers regarding claim progress and supporting documentation
- Monitor outstanding warranty receivables and follow up where required
- Reconcile warranty payments and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain accurate and organised warranty records
- Keep up to date with manufacturer policies, systems, and procedures
- Support warranty audits, reporting, and wider service department administration when needed
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, methodical, and confident managing administration tasks with a high level of accuracy.
You will ideally have:
- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Previous warranty administration or automotive dealership experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty systems and portals (advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
