Duties
- Set up and operate manufacturing machines according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot minor problems promptly
- Conduct quality checks on products during production to ensure consistency and standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment
- Record production data accurately, including cycle times, output quantities, and maintenance logs
- Follow safety procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve efficiency
Requirements
- Prior experience operating industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety compliance
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks as needed
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
- Basic technical aptitude with the willingness to learn machine operation procedures
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to manufacturing environments is a plus
