Are you an early riser with great people skills? Looking for a part-time role to fit around your studies or other commitments? The Hairy Coo is on the hunt for a friendly, reliable, and organised individual to join our check-in street team!
We run daily tours and welcome hundreds of excited travelers each morning - and we need energetic team members to help get the day off to a smooth start.
Our street team covers our tour departures on a rota basis (2-4 shifts a week) from 06:45am - 08:45am. This team will be required to help manage up to 250 - 350 customers every morning, checking them in, answering questions, controlling the crowd and boarding the buses.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- An organized individual who can speak fluent (or very good) English
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during the check-in process, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Verify booking details and provide necessary information about the tour.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
