Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Operative with hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery within a supplements, food, or pharmaceutical environment.
This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for candidates who can confidently operate key production equipment and contribute immediately to production output and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Set up, run, and troubleshoot equipment during production
- Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials
- Ensure products are manufactured to required specifications and quality standards
- Carry out in-process quality checks and report any issues
- Complete batch records and production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and compliant working environment in line with GMP
- Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties where required
Machine Experience (Essential)
Applicants must have hands-on experience operating at least some of the following:
- V-Blender (powder blending)
- Capsule Counting Machine
- Auger Powder Filling Machine
- Stickpack Machine
Candidates without relevant machine experience will not be considered.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing/production environment (supplements, food, or pharmaceutical preferred)
- Strong understanding of GMP and hygiene standards
- Ability to follow SOPs and production instructions accurately
- Good attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
Working Hours
- Morning shift
- Overtime and weekend shifts may be available based on production needs
