You will also support health and safety checks, respond to feedback and enquiries, contribute to service improvements and help ensure gym operations are delivered professionally and consistently in line with Surrey Sports Park values.
About you
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused fitness professional with experience working in a gym or fitness environment and the confidence to support and supervise others. You will hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 fitness qualification, or equivalent, and have a good understanding of gym operations, customer service and health and safety requirements. You will be approachable, organised and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
