A new opportunity for an experienced secretary with relevant experience, to join our Family department across Edinburgh and Glasgow. This role involves working in a fast paced environment to provide support to fee earners within our Family team. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy city centre office and delivering excellent customer service via telephone and email. Daily tasks and duties include:
- Timely and accurate completion of varied documentation and correspondence
- Prompt and courteous handling of external and internal telephone calls
- Assisting fee earners with administration and filing tasks
- Proving overall support to the department and Firm in delivering excellent client care
