The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel, is currently recruiting for a Night Spa Attendant (32 hours per week) to join our talented Chuan Body + Soul team. In this role, you will ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa and Health Club are maintained on a regular basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Follow LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and brand standards

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of each area of the Spa and Health Club
-
Carry out all tasks outlined in the cleaning schedules
-
Follow the cleaning procedures and use cleaning materials as instructed

Collect dirty towels/linen and re-stock with clean ones
-
Assist guests and the team with their requests
ABOUT YOU

Experience in a similar position and environment, with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service

Great attention to detail

Strong organisational skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of the team

Good time management skills

Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, which could include deep cleaning, vacuuming and similar tasks
