Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitisation and hygiene.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and scrub surfaces as required.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain an organised supply of cleaning materials and notify management when supplies are low.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques or procedures related to cleaning practices.
Hours 17.5hrs per week monday-friday between 6:00pm - 9:30pm Salary £13.50 per hour
