An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Performance Manager (Band 7) to join our Corporate Performance Team within the Strategy & Transformation Directorate at Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust.
This is a key leadership role at a pivotal time for the Trust as we embed our Integrated Performance Approach and deliver Our Journey to Change. You will play a central role in shaping and driving the Trust's performance management framework, ensuring delivery of regulatory, contractual and organisational priorities.
Working closely with the Head of Performance and Associate Director of Performance, you will collaborate with colleagues across clinical, corporate and partner organisations to strengthen assurance and support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred services.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role within a forward-thinking team, where you will lead and influence the performance agenda, contribute to strategic decision-making, work with a wide range of partners and make a direct impact on patient outcomes.
If you are passionate about using data, insight and collaboration to drive improvement, we would love to hear from you.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
As Senior Performance Manager, you will play a key role in developing, implementing and continuously improving the Trust's performance management framework in line with the Integrated Performance Approach, while leading the design of effective reporting systems and dashboards that promote accountability and delivery of key standards.
The postholder will provide expert analysis and assurance on performance, identifying risks, trends and opportunities, and escalating issues where required. Working closely with senior leaders, you will support the development and delivery of action plans to improve performance and service quality, represent the Trust at internal and external meetings including Integrated Care System forums, and provide high-quality strategic advice on complex performance issues to support senior decision-making.
In addition to this, the postholder will also deputise for the Head of Performance where appropriate and play a key role in embedding a culture where performance information is used proactively to drive improvement.
