Job Description
This role requires compassion, care, and professionalism. You will be working with vulnerable individuals, including people experiencing mental health challenges, those fleeing domestic violence, and individuals recovering from long-term substance misuse.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining and refurbishing accommodation for homeless and vulnerable residents to a high standard. Duties may involve general cleaning, bio-cleaning, needle sweeps, forensic cleaning, painting and decorating, removals and clearances, and supporting the upkeep of safe living environments, supplying their electrical supply.
Respect, dignity, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential at all times when working with clients and their living spaces.
Working Hours:
Xelent Agency operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Flexibility may be required on occasional Saturdays, depending on operational needs.
You are contracted to 40 hours per week.
Training & Safety:
No lone working is permitted until all required training courses have been completed and signed off by management. A shadowing period will be provided. Full uniform and appropriate PPE will be supplied.
