We are a London-based relocation agency specialising in UK rental search and settling-in services. We help international students, young professionals, and newcomers to the UK navigate the rental process with greater clarity, efficiency, and confidence.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Rental Relocation Assistant to support our clients throughout their rental journey.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their career within the property sector, offering valuable experience in lettings, negotiation, and client relations within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and understand clients’ rental requirements
- Respond to rental enquiries and support client communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with researching, filtering, and shortlisting suitable rental properties.
- Contact letting agents to check availability, arrange viewings, and coordinate communication between clients and agents
- Assist with preparing rental application documents and tracking application progress.
- Follow up on the rental process until the client successfully secures a property.
- Provide excellent customer service and help clients feel supported throughout the UK rental process.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Is based in London and able to work on-site at our Canary Wharf office.
- Has the right to work in the UK.
- Is fluent in English
- Is detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, and highly organised.
- Is confident in communicating with clients and maintaining good client relationships.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage confidently with clients, letting agents/landlords and team members.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude towards client service.
Bonus Points If you speak Mandarin Chinese, as many of our clients are international Chinese students and families.
Employment type: Fixed-term temporary position
Contract length: Around 3 months, from mid/late June to mid/late September. Exact dates can be discussed.
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Working location: On-site at our Canary Wharf office. Remote work is not available for this role.
Pay: £12.71 per hour + performance-based bonus
