We are seeking an individual who ideally has a background as a Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team in a varied and rewarding role.
The successful candidate will be organised and professional, with excellent communication and administrative skills. In addition to your pharmacy knowledge, you will provide Personal Assistant support to our Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for our network of 14 community pharmacies and delivery drivers, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Manage and process NHS month-end prescription script boxes
- Support the administration of NHS Pharmacy Services and related claims
- Assist with pharmacy administration, compliance, and operational tasks as required
- Coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
Person Specification
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser is highly desirable
- Knowledge of NHS prescription processing and NHS Pharmacy Services
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently using initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent support
Pay: £27,040.00 per year
