As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Treasury & Funding Manager to take ownership of our funding operations, lender reporting, portfolio analysis and treasury activities, ensuring we have the funding capacity and financial controls to support our ambitious growth plans.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a broad and commercially important role, working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing short and medium-term liquidity and funding requirements across the business.
- Monitoring funding facility utilisation, availability, covenant compliance and funding headroom.
- Managing funding drawdowns, repayments and funding partner obligations.
- Owning lender, investor and trustee reporting, ensuring all submissions are accurate, timely and compliant.
- Producing portfolio performance analysis, funding calculations and borrowing base reporting.
- Maintaining and reconciling portfolio data from loan level through to the general ledger and funding facilities.
- Investigating data discrepancies, identifying root causes and driving resolution with key stakeholders.
- Leading portfolio-related internal and external audit activity.
- Acting as a key point of contact for lenders, auditors, trustees and funding partners.
- Supporting new funding structures, warehouse facilities, securitisations and strategic funding projects.
- Driving continuous improvement, automation and scalability across treasury and funding processes.
Building effective working relationships across the wider business and helping translate funding requirements into operational and technology solutions.

You'll ideally bring:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or significant equivalent treasury, funding or structured finance experience.
- Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience gained within treasury, funding, structured finance, banking or financial services environments.
- Significant experience within financial services, consumer lending, banking, fintech, asset finance, structured finance or treasury environments.
- Experience working with loan portfolios, receivables financing, funding facilities or securitisation structures.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management and funding processes.
- Experience producing and presenting lender, investor or external stakeholder reporting.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling capability with strong Excel skills.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets across multiple systems.
- A track record of managing reconciliations, financial controls and data governance processes.
- Experience identifying process improvements and implementing automation or reporting enhancements.
- The confidence to challenge constructively, influence stakeholders and lead workstreams independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and practical way.
