· A strong leader who can take charge of the kitchen and work collaboratively with the Home Manager and Group Catering Manager.
· Someone creative, organised, and passionate about food and nutrition.
· Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
· A team player who values communication and resident engagement.
