What You’ll Be Doing
· Leading from the Front – Running shifts with confidence, keeping service smooth, and ensuring the team is performing at its best.
· Be an SAS hero – Have a passion for being the best at delivering S*ervice-Atmosphere-S*tandards.
· Maximising Profits – Managing stock, monitoring financial performance, and keeping the business running at peak efficiency.
· Building & Inspiring a Winning Team – Recruiting, training, and developing staff who live and breathe the PRYZM ethos.
· Driving the Business – Supporting the Venue Manager in marketing, promotions, and innovative ideas to keep PRYZM ahead of the game.
· Keeping It Safe & Legal – Maintaining licensing, compliance, security, and health & safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience: At least one year as an Assistant Manager or Trainee Assistant Manager in a high-volume, branded nightlife or hospitality venue.
· Leadership Skills: You know how to inspire a team, handle challenges, and keep service smooth under pressure.
· Commercial Awareness: You understand stock management, revenue growth, and financial performance.
· Energy & Passion: You love the buzz of nightlife and thrive in high-energy environments.
· Personal Licence: Essential (or willingness to obtain).
