What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and hospitality standards
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high service standards
- A proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
Bar Experience – A Huge Plus
Candidates with bar experience will be highly regarded. Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional service to all guests
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue
- Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge and making recommendations to guests
- Assisting with bar service where required
