Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures to optimize efficiency and consistency
- Conduct regular inspections of all facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, offices, and specialized spaces such as hospital environments
- Coordinate with management to prioritize cleaning tasks based on occupancy levels and operational needs
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Enforce health and safety regulations related to commercial cleaning practices and hospital standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles, with demonstrated leadership capabilities as a Head Housekeeper or supervisor
- Extensive janitorial experience in diverse settings such as hospitals or large-scale facilities
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills to lead teams effectively and collaborate with other departments
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment
