Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Joiner to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. As a Joiner, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures with precision and care. Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wooden frameworks, fixtures, and furniture with accuracy using hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise execution of projects
- Perform structural repairs and modifications on existing woodwork or fixtures as needed
- Handle heavy lifting safely to transport materials and components around the worksite
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Proven experience as a Joiner or carpenter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and measuring devices
- Proficient with power tools including drills, sanders, and saws for efficient work completion
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during project execution
