Job Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Pallet Network Administrator to join our fast-paced transport operations team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating pallet network activity, ensuring deliveries and collections run smoothly, and providing excellent service to customers and partners
Responsibilities
- Process daily pallet consignments using a Transport Management System
- Book, manage, and monitor collections and deliveries
- Track pallet movements and provide updates to customers
- Support route planning, scheduling, and load optimisation
- Liaise with customers, drivers, depots, and pallet network hubs
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer queries
- Prepare transport documentation (manifests, delivery notes, PODs)
- Maintain accurate records and support invoicing checks
- Assist the wider operations team with admin and reporting
Skills
- Experience in transport, logistics, or haulage administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good customer service skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with transport systems (TMS) preferred
- Knowledge of pallet networks is a bonus

Hours of work are 8am till 6pm Monday to Friday with an unpaid break of 1 hour.
Pay: £29,741.40 per year
