Showroom Sales Advisor
We are looking for a Showroom Sales Advisor to work at our Coalville branch.
Pochin are a Midlands based plumbers’ merchant operating 32 trade branches and 10 bathroom showrooms.
Reporting to: Showroom Manager, Pochin Coalville
The role
- Welcoming and advising customers on bathroom solutions tailored to their needs
- Planning and designing bathroom suites using CAD or similar software
- Creating quotations and processing orders accurately
- Managing customer expectations and maintaining excellent aftersales care
- Working closely with trade and retail customers to drive sales and maintain strong relationships
- Training - Showroom and system training provided, as well as training in the Virtual Worlds design software
- Working Hours - 37.5-hour contract, with alternate Saturdays
The person
- Strong sales ability, matched by a passion for design and customer service
- An understanding of bathroom products and materials
- The ability to take ownership of projects and work independently
- A team player who loves being part of something creative, ambitious, and growing
- A proactive, polished communicator who thrives in a client-facing role
