The Headteacher and governors wish to appoint one suitably qualified and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and forward looking school. The post carries an additional SSA allowance as it is to work within our team of staff in our ARMS provision.
Working pattern: Monday – Friday, mornings 20 hours per week Term Time Only
You will;
have an ability to demonstrate excellent and inclusive classroom practice in line with our child centred ethos which promotes good progress and improves all children’s wellbeing and achievement,
be able to demonstrate excellent support for learning across the primary age range and have experience and understanding of supporting children with a diagnosis of autism and who have significant speech, language and communication barriers.
have evidence to show an understanding of the national curriculum and Early Years framework,
be able to show how they have contributed positively within a school setting,
have high expectations of all pupils, staff working within the class and themselves,
have a desire to work closely with a range of skilled professionals and with children’s families to achieve the best outcomes for them,
be a committed team member,
be committed to professional development,

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year, they are subject to an equated salary adjustment.
