Job Purpose
To analyse business requirements, provide expert IT advice, design and implement technology solutions, and improve business processes through the effective use of information technology.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand business objectives, processes, and technical requirements.
- Analyse existing IT systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend appropriate hardware, software, cloud, and network solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement IT strategies and system architectures.
- Manage and support IT transformation and digitalisation projects.
- Coordinate system integration, migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and user guides.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
- Provide technical advice, training, and support to end users and stakeholders.
- Liaise with software vendors, developers, and third-party service providers.
- Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements for performance and efficiency.
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with system analysis, design, and implementation.

Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, ITIL, AWS, Azure, Cisco, Microsoft) are advantageous.
Pay: £50,000.00-£52,500.00 per year
