We are an expanding commercial landscaping company and are seeking to add a new member to our team.
The job will mainly entail soft landscaping for housing developers. Main works carried out will be turfing, seeding, planting , barking etc.
The successful candidate will be employed as a Landscape Team Leader this will involve taking full responsibility of a van and Landscaping squad.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role . Drivers licence essential. The job will include a company van that can be taken home at nights.
A vaild CSCS card is also desirable, as most of our work is carried out on building sites.
Candidate must have good organisational and communication skills as they will need to delegate tasks to there squad and need to liaise with site managers on a daily basis.
The successful candidate must also be willing to take responsibility for his and others actions and show a keen eye for detail.
The job will require working in all kinds of weather conditions.
The position is full time and 28 days holidays a year are included within the Salary and overtime is regularly available. Company pension scheme available.
Rate of pay dependent on experience, certificate etc.
