We’re are seeking a Team Leader at The Anchor, a pub located in Gargrave, BD23 3NA.
This role is ideal if you’re looking for full/part time hours and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
Team Leader Role
- Run successful team leader shifts as required
- Lead and coach the team to deliver a successful service
- Support the team with developing their skill sets
- Provide a genuine warm welcome and deliver world class service to our guests
- Supporting sales targets by upselling wherever possible and briefing the rest of the team
- When dealing with guest complaints you will remain calm and rational and do
- everything you can do to come to a resolution, ensuring the guest leaves happy.
- Deliver all elements of restaurant service to brand standard.
- Understand and follow correct health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Using and understanding all restaurant systems
- Carry out open and closedown procedures as per your shift to the company standard.
- Engage with every type of guest, offering help and going the extra mile.
