About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. You will provide person-centred care, respond to residents' needs, and help maintain a calm and reassuring environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal care and bedtime routines.
- Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks.
- Responding promptly to call bells and residents' requests for assistance.
- Providing reassurance and support to residents who may wake during the night.
- Maintaining accurate digital care records.
- Assisting with light housekeeping duties and preparing for the day ahead.
- Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care.

- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
