Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable breakfast chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high quality breakfast dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring excellent presentation and organization during service. The ideal candidate will be efficient and passionate about delivering exceptional food and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to company standards.
Set up section with necessary ingredients whilst rotating stock.
Maintain a clean, organized and hygiene environment.
Follow food safety, health and hygiene regulations always.
Work effectively with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure a smooth service.
Requirements
Previous chef experience preferably.
Knowledge of running a section in a professional kitchen.
Understand food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
A chef with excellent standards and discipline, and a chef who will maintain standards and company standards.
A reliable, motivated, honest, charismatic, hard-working chef, with a good sense of humour and a love of all things culinary.
Pay: £12.75-£14.50 per hour
