We're Hiring – Experienced Chef
We're looking for an experienced, confident chef to join our team on a long-term basis. You'll need to be comfortable with every aspect of a busy kitchen and take real pride in your craft. Everything we serve is made from scratch. From our breads to our super popular hash browns and everything in between. So strong all-round cooking and baking skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and cooking processes
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
- Ensure all food safety standards and hygiene regulations are strictly followed throughout the kitchen
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality setting
- Extensive food production, preparation, and cooking experience within a restaurant or similar environment
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively
- Solid understanding of food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and kitchen equipment operation
- Previous restaurant experience demonstrating proficiency in culinary techniques and menu execution
- Knowledge of hospitality principles including serving standards and guest interaction is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams
Pay: £14.00 per hour
