Healthcare Assistant / Support worker – Care Home, Supported Living , Community Care (Full-Time / Part-Time)
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join our growing care team. You will provide high-quality support to residents in care home settings and in the community, helping to maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, and hygiene
- Support residents with mobility and daily living activities
- Follow individual care plans to deliver personalised support
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour
- Keep accurate care records
- Support social and recreational activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
- Transport residents to appointments and activities when required
Requirements
- Previous Healthcare Assistant or care experience preferred
- Care home or home care experience desirable
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic IT skills for record keeping
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving licence is an advantage
