Spa Housekeeper – Exceptional Standards Required
We are seeking an experienced and highly meticulous Spa Housekeeper to join our award-winning spa team. This role is for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and understands that impeccable cleanliness is essential to a five-star guest experience.
About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout our spa, treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and staff spaces. Attention to detail is absolutely critical — every surface, scent, towel, and finishing touch matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep cleaning and daily maintenance of areas within our spa including the thermal suite
- Ensuring immaculate presentation at all times, including during operating hours
- Laundry care for towels, robes, and linens to luxury standards
- Replenishing supplies and ensuring rooms are perfectly set
- Following strict hygiene, safety, and spa protocols
- Working discreetly and professionally around guests and therapists
About You
- Exceptionally high personal standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Proven housekeeping or cleaning experience (luxury spa, hotel, or similar preferred)
- Sharp eye for detail — you notice what others miss
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Calm, professional, and respectful in a tranquil spa environment
- Takes pride in delivering consistently flawless results
