Frindsbury House is a residential care home supporting individuals with physical and neurological conditions with a focus on Huntington’s Disease.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join and supervise our invaluable day care team to provide person-centred care and support to the residents that call Frindsbury House their home.
We are looking for a candidate that is kind, caring and compassionate and is able to manage a team to deliver a high standard of individual care to each of our residents, whilst maintaining their dignity, as well as delivering their clinical and health requirements on an individual basis.
The role includes:
- Supervising care staff to ensure a high standard of individual care is delivered to each resident and organizing the workload of each member of the team.
- Overseeing and liaising with residents, health professionals and families if appropriate regarding all aspects of the daily care of residents.
- Administering prescribed medication to residents and assisting in the management of an effective system.
- Delivering the clinical and health requirements of residents as part of the Care Team.
- A Driving License is preferred and candidates would ideally have a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or previous experience in a similar role, to be considered.

Candidates can elect to work either 8 or 12 shifts per 4 week rota of which 3 shifts will be worked on weekend days.
Shift times 7.00am - 9.00pm.
An enhanced DBS check (paid for by the Employer) and references are required.
