Pace is a busy and successful lettings and estate agency based in Southend. We are looking for a lettings and sales negotiator to join our team. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred, but other sales or property experience will be considered. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
You will be out on the road showing properties a lot of the time. Your aim is to let and sell the properties to vetted applicants. You will also be in the office tying up deals, making appointments and a key part of the team.
We are looking for a long term member of staff to take on valuations, proactive sales and really run with this role.
Hours: On alternate weeks you will work the Saturday with a day off in lieu. This is a full time position. There is one late shift a week from 10am to 7pm and otherwise your hours are 9am to 6pm.
You must be able to drive and have a reasonably clean licence.

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
