Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the food and beverage industry, with experience in bartending and food preparation being highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist in food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to their needs promptly.
- Support catering events by preparing drinks and assisting with service as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations within the bar area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, particularly in bartending roles.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- A background in hospitality or catering will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to an enjoyable guest experience.
