XEIAD is a specialist engineering inspection consultancy delivering high‑quality inspections and assessments on critical infrastructure assets. Using specialist access techniques such as rope access, diving and confined space working, their expert engineers inspect structures including bridges, tunnels and culverts, providing reliable insight to help asset owners manage risk and maintain safety.
The successful candidate will need to be located in a 2 hour radius of one of our following company offices - Ilkeston, Swindon, Tiverton.
What will you be doing?
As a Project Manager for XEIAD, part of British Engineering Services Group, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of assigned projects, typically those which require the successful deployment of technically and operationally competent resources to deliver.
You will also:
- Lead on proactive client relationships and the management of non-framework projects, ensuring customer satisfaction remains at a high level at all times.
- Play a key role for communication with key internal/external stakeholders as required, in order to develop relationships and enhance performance
- Monitor and manage project performance. Where appropriate, lead on initiatives and support others, as required, to enhance service offering for clients, staff and other stakeholders. Provide regular performance updates to both Senior Managers and Clients.
- Ensure that the planning, preparation and coordination of Structural Inspections, Investigations and Surveys, plus other associated activity, is delivered in accordance with agreed client programme and technical work scope.
- Engage professionally with clients and other key external stakeholders as required creating strong relationships with key individuals.

To join our team, you will need:
- Level 4 qualification in Project / Programme Management
- Experience in a project or planning management position
- Experience of managing safety within complex/challenging environments, specifically within Infrastructure organisations
- Experience of optimising project performance in order to drive margin in line with client scope
- Knowledge and understanding of the key operational processes and technical standards for delivering technical inspections, investigations and surveys
- UK Driving license
