Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and personable Retail Sales Advisors to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing expert guidance and support to customers while promoting our products. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features when appropriate
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring proper cash handling and phone etiquette
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers effectively
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts or totals
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining professional phone etiquette
