Who we are
Founded in 2006 by engineers, we’ve grown deliberately, not recklessly.
We cover everything from restaurant cold room emergency repairs to large commercial installation projects, complex Air-Conditioning system diagnostics, and full system replacements.
We don’t cut corners.
We don’t babysit.
And we don’t hire people who just “tick over”.
We’re now upgrading the entire business model and infrastructure — building more efficient processes, bringing in better technology, and moving away from the dinosaur systems the rest of the industry still clings to.

What the role actually looks like?
You’ll work across London & the South East
You’ll handle diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and installs across all major brands
You’ll use a clean, simple digital workflow (no clipboard hell)
You’ll get exposed to complex jobs, not just filter cleans
You’ll work in a team that actually communicates and doesn’t leave you hanging
You’ll also be using updated systems and modern tools that make your day smoother — not more complicated.
No micromanaging.
No office breathing down your neck.
Just clear expectations and the support to execute.
What you need?
You don’t need to be perfect — but you must be competent and care about your craft.
Minimum:
- 5+ years in Refrigeration & AC
- F-Gas Cat 1
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Solid electrical understanding
- Able to work independently
- Clean driving licence
- Good with customers — not a robot
- Able to follow systems (we run tight ops)
Bonus points:
- Manufacturer training (Various Brands)
- Experience across both Air-conditioning & Refrigeration.
- Comfortable using digital tools/apps
- Open to working with improved processes and modern systems
