Hill Grwp Ltd is looking for an organised and experienced Administrator to support our busy manufacturing and project teams.
This is a varied role involving general administration, customer and supplier communication, purchase orders, production documentation and maintaining accurate company records.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, production teams and site teams
- Process purchase orders and maintain supplier documentation
- Enter and update information accurately within company systems
- Maintain job records, production information and delivery documentation
- Assist with invoices, expenses and general accounts administration
- Use Xero accounting software to process and maintain financial records
- Maintain health and safety, quality and employee training records
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports and correspondence
- Organise digital and paper filing systems
- Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information appropriately
- Support management with additional administrative tasks when required
Essential qualifications and experience
- A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both Mathematics and English
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar office-based role
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Xero accounting software
- Experience processing purchase orders and supplier paperwork
- Strong data-entry and record-keeping skills

Working hours
The role is for 24 hours per week, worked across:
Working hours are flexible and can be agreed with the successful candidate, but all 24 hours must be completed across the three specified days.
