Job Title: Early Years Assistant (Willing to undertake an Apprenticeship)
Location: Wallington Surrey
Positions:
- 40 Hours across 5 days- Must be willing to undertake and complete a Level 2 or 3 Childcare Qualification after Successful Probation.
Salary: £13 per hour
About the Role:
Jancett Childcare is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Team Member to join our dedicated team. You will support the staff within your room to engage with children and foster a love for learning through play.
Some responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with parents and children
- Creating nurturing environments that encourage exploration
- Conducting observations and reporting on your key children's progress
- Contributing to the curriculum and facilitating learning opportunities
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of all children in your care at all times
- Attending workshops

What We're Looking For:
- Experience working in an Early Years setting
- Maths and English Grade C/ 3- Desirable
- A commitment to the care and education of young children
- Understanding of the significance of early childhood development
- A proactive approach to safeguarding and wellbeing
- A desire to pursue ongoing professional development
