We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Insurance Claims Handler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing insurance claims efficiently and accurately. Your attention to detail and strong clerical skills will be essential in ensuring that all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. In this position, you will be:
- Managing insurance claims from inception through to completion
- Liaising with contractors, tradespeople, clients and customers,
- Managing claims budgets in line with surveyor allocations
- Communicating with customers and stakeholders via phone and providing regular updates via virtual portals
