CLASS 1 (Days & Nights)
RUNCORN
This well-known household haulier is famous across the UK, with state-of-the-art fleet and they are looking for professional drivers to deliver and collect goods using a curtainsider trailer. Moving palletised goods (will need to operate a PPT). They work with many well-known retailers and brands that you will be familiar with. This job can offer a variety to each day with different routes, type of deliveries. Approx 10-hour shifts
M-F Days £15.50 / £17.37 inc hol pay
M-F Night £17.25 / £19.33 inc hol pay
Saturday £17.50 / £19.61 inc hol pay
Sunday £18.50 / £20.73 inc hol pay
*Days paid between 03:00 - 15:00)
*Nights paid between 15:00-03:00)
*Min 8 hours per shift
Our drivers can expect Hourly PAYE rates and have the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot to be paid when they are on holiday.
Here is what the clients’ criteria is to work here: -
- Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 3 months in C&E work)
- No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence
- DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card
- Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules
- Enjoy working with people at the stores
- Health & Safety awareness
