Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of multi-trade works, with a particular focus on first fix carpentry, groundworks and general building works
- Undertake first fix carpentry tasks
- Carry out general groundworks, drainage, concrete and external works
- Operate mini diggers and other small plant where required
- Complete a variety of general building, repair and finishing tasks
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Work independently and as part of a wider site team
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Proven experience across multiple construction trades
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Own tools preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications preferred
