Mobile Security Officer (Nights)

We're looking for a professional and reliable Mobile Security Officer to join our team covering 12-hour night shifts on a 4-on-4-off rotation.
This is a varied and active role that combines mobile patrols, alarm response, monitoring remote camera activations and client support across Basingstoke and North Hampshire. Every shift is different, and you'll play a key role in protecting our clients' premises and providing peace of mind.
What You'll Be Doing
- Attending intruder and fire alarm activations
- Carrying out mobile security patrols in company vehicles
- Locking and unlocking client premises
- Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems
- Receiving calls from clients and alarm receiving centres
- Conducting welfare and supervisory visits
- Completing digital incident and patrol reports
- Providing emergency manned guarding cover when required
What We're Looking For
- Current SIA Licence
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Ability to pass security screening and provide a 5-year work/education history
- Previous security experience (minimum one year preferred)
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude

- This is a permanent night-shift position.
- Based in Basingstoke (RG24).
- Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Basingstoke before starting work.
