Sales Negotiator Required
We require an experienced sales negotiator (min 2 years experience) for our busy office in Littlehampton.
You must be able to deliver excellent customer service, be an enthusiastic self-starter who is highly motivated with a proven track record and have your own car and able to work in a fast paced rewarding and demanding environment.
The full time position includes working a Saturday rota with a day off in the week.
- Registering new applicants and matching them with suitable properties for sale or let.
- Arranging and conducting energetic, professional property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors.
- Generating new business opportunities, valuer leads, and market appraisals.
- Assisting with digital property marketing, crafting engaging descriptions, and social media promotion.
- Delivering top-tier customer care and building lasting relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive, "can-do" work ethic.
- Full UK driving license and your own car.
- Deep familiarity with the local Littlehampton and surrounding area is a distinct advantage.
