Key Responsibilities
- Lead book retail operations, customer service workflows, and stock coordination activities
- Oversee team performance, service standards, sales reporting, and operational planning
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, customers, internal teams, and business partners
- Monitor inventory accuracy, product displays, customer feedback, and workflow efficiency
- Develop strategies to improve retail performance, service quality, and customer engagement
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, business updates, and operational recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in retail operations, bookstore management, inventory coordination, customer service management, or business operations
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with suppliers, retail teams, online sales platforms, or customer service operations is an advantage

Pay: £72,000.00-£109,000.00 per year
