Permanent People are working with a growing recruitment business looking to hire an experienced Tech Change & Transformation Recruitment Consultant to build and develop a desk across Financial Services and Insurance.
This is a true 360 role, offering the opportunity to work on contract and/or permanent recruitment, with plenty of scope to shape your market and progress quickly.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across tech change & transformation roles
- Developing and growing client relationships within FS & Insurance
- Proactively winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- Delivering high-quality candidate experiences and market insight
- Building a strong personal brand within your niche
What We’re Looking For
- 18 months–2+ years’ experience in a recruitment agency environment
- Proven experience recruiting within tech change, transformation, or digital delivery
- Comfortable operating in a 360, business development-led role
- Experience within Financial Services and/or Insurance is highly desirable
- Commercial, driven, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
