Requirements -
A Current NMC registration
Experience in leadership
Good communication skills
Paid Breaks equivalent to £24.50 per hour, £42,120 PA based on 36 hours per week
Ability to promote individual person centered care
Satisfactory PVG check
Responsibilities -
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Administration of medication
Liaising with GP's, pharmacy & other health care professionals
Ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is delivered to our residents
Ensure compliance with regulatory and best practice guidelines
