We are now recruiting for two additional Quality Controllers to join our friendly team.
As a Quality Controller you will preferably have previous experience working in a fresh produce pack house with knowledge of the high standards required although training will be provided.
Duties include:
- Checking incoming products at intake (Goods-in).
- Checking products at production & packing lines.
- Checking final products at Goods-out.
- Carrying out other tasks required in the Quality Management system such as temperature checks, scale verification and organoleptic testing etc.
- Working closely with Line Managers, Quality Manager and Supervisors highlighting day to day quality issues.
- Completing Quality Record Sheets and Product Traceability Sheets accurately.
Personal requirements:
- Good English level in writing and speaking
- Leadership and negotiating skills.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
Working 12 hour shifts 4 days on, 4 days off with the opportunity to volunteer for extra shifts.
As part of the interview process, a skills/aptitude test will be given.
