Abbey Wood Lodge are looking for carers to join the team
Hours:
- 8am – 8pm
- 3 on, 3 off shift pattern

The Role:
- Expert medication management – safely administering, recording and auditing medications with confidence
- Collaborating with external professionals – including GPs, district nurses, pharmacists and social care teams, ensuring seamless care for residents
- Delivering exceptional personal care – always with dignity, respect and a personalised approach
- Leading and inspiring the care team – providing guidance, support and motivation to uphold best practice
- Reviewing, updating and developing care plans – ensuring they reflect each resident’s evolving needs and preferences
About you:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care – essential
- Experience in a senior or lead care role within a residential or nursing home
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting older adults
- A professional, positive and proactive approach to care
